RULES OF INCORPORATION

IPAA Queensland is a not-for-profit, member-based professional association incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) (the Act). The legal framework binding IPAA Queensland is provided by our Rules of Association, also established under the under the Act and approved by the Office of Fair Trading. These rules constitute our Constitution and outline our aims and objectives as an association and set out requirements and guidelines on matters such as business operations, membership, finances and reporting.

 

Corporate governance charter

Our Corporate Governance Charter, endorsed by Council, is designed to support achievement of our strategic objectives. The charter specifies the roles and responsibilities of the Council and its members, the staff supporting IPAA Queensland and the structures and procedures of our day-to-day operations.

ANNUAL REPORT

IPAA Queensland reports annually on its activities, achievements and performance through our Annual Reports.
