2021 IPAA NATIONAL CONFERENCE – Riding the wave of service transformation
The 2021 IPAA National Conference was held over two days on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 November 2021. IPAA Queensland was proud to be the year’s hosting city.
This year’s program bought compelling topics and outstanding speakers examining the transformation of service in the digital age.
Among the issues discussed –
How safety in the skies is enhanced through the application of data analytics designed for Formula 1 racing cars
A world first privacy-preserving data sharing system between government and industry that assists AUSTRAC to detect financial crimes
Beyond digital technology – how face to face service is being transformed
Who we trust more with our data – Big Tech or Government – and why it matters
How AI is improving the safety and quality of the food we eat (and combatting modern slavery)
The power of connection and collaboration across agencies and sectors for realising an inclusive digital economy.
Thanks also to our conference sponsors – SAP, NeuroLeadership Institute, The University of Queensland, Australia Post and ORIMA Research!
